There are some counseling services that do offer Government help. They can be found at www.hud.gov

I personally have not seen much in the way of Government help as promised by the Obama in his speeches.

I have not seen any type of intervention, laws, bills to become law that will stop foreclosures.

Your loan is a contract between you and your lender which you promised to pay or they would foreclose.

It appears this is happening to you now.
